Please complete the form below to apply. The store is located in Crabtree Valley Mall in North Raleigh. As one of the largest malls in the Southeast, with more than 1.3 million square feet of retail space, the center has seen 10 million shoppers annually visiting from every corner of the country. Crabtree has nearly 200 stores and dozens of restaurants.
You are applying to have your products sold in Curate at Crabtree. The contract period will be 1/7/24-4/7/24. Acceptance emails will be sent 2-3 weeks before the start of the new contract.
If accepted, you will pay a ONE-time fee (tiers listed below) for the THREE month contract

We will be taking a 20% administration fee from every item sold to cover packing, credit card processing fees and employee wages. You will be paid out 80% of each sale.

We require that you provide proof of insurance for your products OR sign a waiver that you choose not to have insurance on your products.

Tiers

We offering different levels of involvement and marketing with the pop-up shop. Products displayed includes multiple colors/sizes of the same product. For example, if you have a necklace that comes in 5 colors, that would be 5 products. We must account for displaying all 5 colors in the store. To be considered for tier 2 and 3, you must have high-quality images of your products available for use.
What tier are you applying for? Remember this is a one time fee that you will pay to keep your items stocked in the shop for 3 months!*

Tier 1: $255 off season ($300 holiday season, Oct - Dec) one-time fee. Up to 12 types of products displayed in store and to remain stocked for three months. This comes out to $85 a month off season ($100 holiday season).Tier 2: $375 one-time fee ($450 holiday season, Oct - Dec). Up to 20 types of products displayed in store and to remain stocked for two months. With this tier you may bring in your own displays and have a dedicated space for all of your products. The final display will still need to be approved by the TPU team, but we will work closely with you!
If your application is selected that includes the contract and more details about how to keep inventory stocked, pricing and packaging, etc.

If you do not hear from us by 1/7/2023, your products were not accepted. This is not a reflection of your products or business and we encourage you to apply again!
