Applicant hereby authorizes verification of all the information provided, including obtaining a credit report for the above applicant. Applicant agrees to release and hold harmless owner, manager, employees from any and all liability whatsoever concerning the release and/or use of said information, and further, will defend and hold them harmless from any suit or reprisal whatsoever.

      A $25.00 fee to process this application will be given by applicant, when the Application is turned in for processing. The cost of the credit report is not Rent or a Deposit and will not be applied to future rent or refunded.

    APPLICANT (CoSigner/Guarantor) CONSENT

    I hereby consent to allow West Point Property Management, Inc., through its designated agent and its employees, to obtain and verify my credit information for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease a residential unit to me. I understand that should I lease a residential unit, West Point Property Management, Inc., and its agent shall have the continuing right to review my credit information, rental application, payment history, and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application review methods.

    1. Two months of bank statements showing balances.

    2. Driver's license from each applicant.

    3. Any other supporting information, retirement account, IRA, etc.

    4. If available, reference letter from current landlord.

    5. Everyone 18 or older living in the home will need to complete an application.

    6. Recent pay stubs.
