For valuable consideration received, I grant Matsunny (Photographer) the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning, any photographs that he/she has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if he/she so chooses. I release and discharge the Photographer from any claims. In exchange for valuable consideration, I hereby grant Matsunny (the photographer) the absolute and irrevocable right, along with unrestricted permission, to use any photographs taken of me, or in which I am included with others. This includes the right to use, reuse, publish, and republish these photographs, either in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials. This permission extends to all media, now or in the future, including the internet, for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without limitation on alteration. The Photographer also has the authority to use my name in relation to any such use.
I unequivocally release and discharge the Photographer from all claims and demands that may arise from or in connection with the use of these photographs, including, but not limited to, any claims for libel or any violation of my right to publicity or privacy.
This authorization and release shall also extend to benefit the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of the Photographer, as well as the individuals for whom the photographs were taken.
I confirm that I am a legally competent adult with the authority to contract in my own name. I have read this document in its entirety, fully understand its contents, and acknowledge that this release is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. Do you agree to all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including, without limitation, any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy? This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom he/she/they took the photographs. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. Do you agree?
