All tattoo inquiries will need to fill out a form & submit any additional questions to my email. In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any and all relevent information I may need for your appointment. If you do not have an appointment you can schedule after submitting your form when you will be redirected to my online bookings. Deposit is due when you schedule your appointment.

If you do not have an appointment you will be redirected to my booking page after submitting form, where you can schedule a time/day that works for you. After booking, there is a $100 deposit due (for full day + half day appointments it's $250 deposit).
