I do by hereby enter into an agreement with SADBrunch to perform at one or more events in the 2023 calendar year, and therefore agree to the following terms:

1. I will attend and perform in the event I am booked for.
2. I will receive (agreed amount to be provided by show host) PLUS tips per event. 
3. I agree to perform at minimum two numbers unless otherwise specified and agreed upon with compensation for additional performances.
4. I agree to use SADBrunch branded marketing materials to promote the show tagging the host, fellow performers, and brand in all of my posts.
5. I agree to promote once a week leading up to the event once receiving SADBrunch branded marketing materials.
6. I understand that if I do not promote weekly, I may be removed from the event lineup no later than (7) days before the event with no compensation.
7. I agree to adhere to the performance schedule as outlined by the host including call time, cast photo, and show start time.
8. I understand that should I be late for call time, I will incur a LATE fee of $25 that will be taken out of my show pay. 
9. A “no call, no show” will result in removal from the casting list for (1) calendar year from the date of the show missed.
10. I will not consume more than (2) alcoholic beverages, including shots, before callbacks are finished. In the event that I cannot perform one of my numbers, I will forfeit 50% of my show pay. The use of illegal drugs during the event or in a SADBrunch affiliated venue will result in immediate termination and further involvement with SADBrunch.

Additionally, I hereby release SADBrunch of any and all liability should I be injured while performing my own choreographed movements during my performances. I understand that my safety and the safety of SADBrunch patrons is the top priority, and I will not intentionally endanger myself or others with my movements.
