Here at GB's we love all children but currently we are not able to serve any child with disabilities because our facility isn't equipped or licensed to serve those who need special attention.  We hope to be able to serve those angels as well one day. Thank

 

Our weekly Schedule (it will vary)

6:30-7:15a.m.: Time with God soft gospel or meditation music playing in the atmosphere. This helps them mentally and gives them peace and prepares them for the day. We will also pray during this time. Praying for the children, for their protection at school throughout the day, etc.

7:15-7:30 a.m: breakfast cereal bar (we don't serve breakfast but we do offer bar and milk

7:30-8:30 a.m: Head out to drop each child off to school.

3:00-3:45 p.m: waiting for the arrival of the children coming from school

3:45-4:00 p.m: Snack time and clean up time

4:00-4:30 p.m: Structured activity

4:30-5:30 p.m: Homework time (if child has no homework it will be reading time)

5:30-6:00 p.m: Free play

Welcome Parents to GB's before & after school care!!!! We are excited to have you! Below are some information and procedures on how GB's will be operating to make it easy to navigate weekly for both parties.

Before & After School Care Fees

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee of $75 per child is due upon

Weekly, before & after school fees are due every Friday by 3pm. the week prior to be served for the following week. After 3:00p.m., a $10.00 late fee will be added to that payment per day until the following Monday. Late fees are added because we have to have our staff scheduled for the following week to serve you, so payment needs to be secured so we can add your child to our schedule each week. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED all fees must be paid including any late fees. If we have not recieved your payment by that Monday your child will not be added to that weekly schedule and you will be responsible for drop off and or pick up your child from school. 

Payments are for the entire week, we don't do daily payments, weekly oly so even if your child is absent payment is still due each week, this is how your child spot is held.

Daily late fees: We close at 6:00p.m each day any child picked up after 6:00p.m there will be a charge of $1.00 per min & it will be added on your weekly bill. For example if you arrive at 6:30 there will be an extra $30 added to your bill that week.

Extra fees are added on teacher workdays, early dismissal, spring break, winter breaks; this is only if your child is attending these particular days.

Early dismissal days an extra $25 is added to your weekly payment.

Teacher workdays an extra $35 per day(s) is added to your weekly payment.

Spring Break & Winter break is $185 for the weekly fee.

Holidays are paid days & Inclement weather days there are no charges.

Along with the paid holidays I get 3 paid sick days, 3 bereavement paid days if needed and 1 week paid vacation(spring break normally)throughout the contract school year and it starts over every semester. (Aug- Dec then Jan thru June) all days will be notated on your child's account.

All Holidays & inclement weather we are closed.

 

Behavior Policy

At GB's we expect everyone to be on their best behavior. That's our children, staff, parent's, and myself.

We want everyone to be treated with love and respect, this will be displayed in front of each child daily.

No child will be allowed to treat their peers, or staff members disrespectfully.

Here at GB's we emphasize a culture of collaboration, support, and mutual respect. Positive peer relationships and a cooperative learning environment for students and staff is important to us.

If your child doesn't follow rules and adhere to our behavior policy we will give a verbal warning to remind the child of the rules and expectations, next offense they

will have to sit out for 5 to 10 mins we call this the think tank session. The second

offense we will send a discipline referral to the parent and the final offense the parent/guardian will be contacted in order to pick up the child from the facility after this the child will be released from our program. BEHAVIOR MATTERS!
