Thankyou for the interest in my work. This tattoo request form is meant to provide me with information for the project you are looking to have done. Please be as concise as possible with the space provided. In most cases, I will connect via email to set up an in person consultation at the studio. My books do not close, I am consistently taking on new projects and pieces. The booking process is as follows:
Once we have consulted on details in person or via email, I book the needed amount of appointments to start and bring the project to a close. For larger work I book full days for the first appointment to allow ample time for stencilling and lining.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is taken to secure the appointments - this deposit is taken off the final sitting. Please note all deposits are non refundable
Between the consultation and approximately one week before the first sitting i work out concepts and sketches. I send these via email to discuss any changes.
My rates: $250 per hour: 4 or less hours *Day rate: $1500: 4 or more hours
My work days are: Friday through Tuesday 10 am- 6pm
I book in full day 5-6 hours or half day 3-4 hours spots
