2023 Summer Music Experience Fair Registration Form

Please join us to present your program at our 2023 Summer Music Experience Fair at Duquesne University!

Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras will again host a Summer Experience Fair, this time in-person, to help students and families learn about summer camps and music-making opportunities available this summer. We invite you to join us to meet with students and parents to answer questions and share more about your program offerings. Tables will be set up in the Mary Pappert School of Music. TRYPO's weekly rehearsals take place on Saturdays, and families will attend the Wind Symphony and Percussion Ensemble Winter Concert that day. It will be an excellent opportunity to reach all of our young musicians in one place. We've also invited other local youth orchestras and music educators to share the opportunity with their students and families. We look forward to seeing everyone in person this year! If presenters can only participate virtually, we are happy to explore making that an option.

When: Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (set-up begins at 11:00 AM but you may arrive sooner to unload into the building)

Where: Duquesne University's Mary Pappert School of Music

Cost: There's no fee to participate.

Students will range in age from 8-19.

We'll have refreshments and opportunities to win door prizes!

We look forward to presenting the Summer Music Experience Fair in person this year after kicking it off in 2020 as a Zoom event! TRYPO will incur additional costs to promote and host the event, but it's so worth it to share you wonderful opportunities with young musicians in the area! While we are not asking presenters or students for a fee to participate, we would be very appreciative if you'd like to help underwrite part of the event.
