All new guests start working with us by completing a digital consultation form. This allows us to get to know you and your hair goals and to ensure your initial appointment is booked correctly. Please complete the form in total, and we will be in touch within 48 hours of your request during our work week if we have any questions: Monday-Friday. All requests submitted Saturday-Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. If you have any questions or need support, please call us at 901-316-5904. In response, I will receive an email confirmation of the initial confirmation I book after completing this form. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 10-minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests can be seen within 2-3 weeks of the digital consultation form being completed, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 8 weeks to be seen. I understand that Bask has a strict 48-hours cancelation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48-hours’ notice, I will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee,100% fee for no-shows and I may be not be allowed booking future appointments with the salon.
