Framed or Gallery Wrap pieces may not exceed 24"x24" and must be a minimum of 12"x12" in size. 3D sculptural work is accepted although there is a limit on the number of podiums available for the show.

Vault Gallery Duties:

ALL NCAA ARTISTS who enter this exhibition, are required to volunteer to work a minimum of two 3-hour shifts. By signing and submitting your application, you confirm that you will volunteer. Place check marks by the dates you are available. Check one date per week for all five weeks to ensure flexibility as the schedule is created; you will not be scheduled to work every week; however, we must provide sufficient coverage during open hours each day of the exhibition. If you cannot work your agreed-to days after the final schedule has been given to all participating Artists in the exhibit, it is your responsibility to find another member to fulfill your commitment, and notify NCAA of the change at ncaa.rduncan@gmail.com or call/tex 951-312-9044. Remember, the art exhibition cannot open for public viewing if you are not there to work your day! The NCAA thanks you in advance for your participation and continued support!
