  • 參加者體能及耐力要求：

    1. 66分鐘之內走完10公里或更長距離 (提供1年內證明或參加運動場測試)

    或

    2. 以不低於5.5 EPH 速率 (註) 走完40EP或更長距離(提供1年內證明)

    註：Effort Point(EP) 是國際越野跑協會(ITRA)提出，用以量化山路賽道的定義；根據ITRA的標準: 平路1公里=1EP，攀升100米=1EP；EPH = Effort Point per Hour。例如距離29公里、攀升1100米，等於29EP+11EP=40EP；若以7小時走完40EP，速率 = 5.7 EPH。

    本人明白長距離行山運動具有相當風險，可以導致嚴重身體受傷或死亡；本人聲明自己／申請人的健康、體能及定向技術良好，適宜參加上述活動；本人明白及同意會遵守所有有關之活動規例和主辦機構之臨時安排及倘於活動期間發生意外，包括死亡、受傷或財物損失，將自行承擔一切責任；主辦機構及協辦機構無須對此作出賠償或負上任何法律責任；若自己／申請人在活動期間發生事而導致主辦機構支付額外開支，本人願意對主辦機構作出合理之賠償；本人亦授權予舉辦者使用任何有關此活動之相片，錄像及賽事紀錄作任何合法用途。

    Declaration

    I understand long distance hiking activity has the risk of causing seriously injury or death. I hereby declare that myself/the applicant is healthy, physically fit, equipped with good orienteering skills and suitable to participate in this event. I fully understand and agree that I/ he/she shall comply to all relevant rules and regulations and other ad hoc arrangements/decisions made by the Organiser; take part in this event entirely at my/ his/ her own risks and that I/ he/she will not hold the Organiser, or any sponsors/ supporting organisations, responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damage to or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event. I also agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organiser in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organiser arising from or in connection with my/ his/ her participation in the event. I grant permission to the Organiser or its agents to use any photograph, video or any other record of the event for any lawful purpose.
