    Join us on a PAW INC. Excursion to South Bend, IN. to see Tony Award-Winning Musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN at the Morris Performing Arts Center.
  • Performing Arts Workshops - PAW INC. is excited to share that we'll be taking a trip to South Bend, Indiana to see the Tony Award-winning musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN at The Morris Performing Arts Center!

    The PAW 2023 Dinner & a Show will include dinner at Barnaby's starting at 6:30 PM and a CENTER MAIN FLOOR ticket to DEAR EVAN HANSEN at the Morris Performing Arts Center staring at 8:00 PM.​

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Transportation relies on the ticket holder, PAW INC. will not be providing transportation.

    Additionally, please make note that Dear Evan Hansen's run time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, plus an intermission. Please plan all pick-up times accordingly.

  • PRICING & PAYMENT PLAN

    STUDENT TICKET: $122 per student
    CHAPERONE TICKET: $132 per chaperone

    JANUARY 1st - DEPOSIT (PAYMENT #1)

    • $50.00 Deposit due per registrant (non-refundable after January 1st, 2023)

    JANUARY 29th - PAYMENT #2

    • $50.00 payment per registrant

    FEBRUARY 29th - FINAL PAYMENT (PAYMENT #3)

    • Remaining balance due

    Total payment is due February 29th, 2023. 

    Please note: After January 1st 2023, once you have made your deposit and registered for the event, you are responsible for paying your invoice in full, even if you are unable to attend the event on Saturday, April 29th, 2023. No refunds will be made after January 1st, 2023.
     

    TRIP ITINERARY

    6:30 PM: Meet at Barnaby's in South Bend, IN. for dinner.

    • Barnaby's is located at 713 E Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, IN 46617

    8:00 PM: Attend performance of Dear Evan Hansen at Morris Performing Arts Center

    • Morris Performing Arts Center is located at 211 N Michigan St. South Bend, IN. 46601

     

    The run time for DEAR EVAN HANSEN is 2 hours and 30 minutes, plus an intermission. Please plan pick-up times accordingly.

  • CHAPERONE REGISTRATION

    We currently only have enough room on the excursion for FIVE chaperones. Chaperones can register on a first-come, first-served basis and will be notified via email if the chaperone registration is already full.

  • PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

    A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to hold each tripgoer's spot. You will receive an invoice via email for Payment #2 on January 29th and for the Final Payment on February 29th containing the remaining balance. Tripgoers will not be allowed to attend the trip if they have not paid in full by February 29th, 2023.

    In the event that a tripgoer needs to cancel their participation in the trip, the $50 deposit will not be refunded. The participant will still be responsible for paying the remainder of the trip in full, unless we can find someone else who is able to pay and take the spot of the participant who cancelled. Regardless, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

    In the event that someone must cancel their trip and the trip is not paid in full, a hold will be placed on the account of the participant who cancelled, and they will not be allowed to participate in PAW until the remaining balance is paid.

    In the event that the trip must be canceled due to severe weather, PAW will refund all but $25 to each participant.
