All new guests start working with us by completing a digital consultation form. This allows us to get to know you and your hair goals and to ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in total, and we will be in touch within 48 hours of your request during our work week: Monday-Friday. All requests submitted Saturday-Monday will be responded to on Tuesday. I am submitting a digital consultation request and service inquiry by completing this form. In response, I will receive an email with recommended service options. Your appointment in the salon will begin with a 15-minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests can be seen within 2-3 weeks of the digital consultation form being completed, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 8 weeks to be seen.

I understand that Bask has a strict 48-hours cancelation policy to continue providing clients with the best possible scheduling options. If I cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, I will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee, and I may not be allowed to book future appointments with the salon.

Submitting this form does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. This will be determined in person based on the amount of time booked, the density/length of my hair, my color history, and my time and monetary budget.
