Beef Cutting Instructions
The most common choice is automatically selected. Simply select another option to change it. If there are any special requests, insert them in the comments section.
Steak thickness is not selected. For anyone ordering for the first time, we recommend at least 1" thick steaks. Please note, the thicker the steaks, the less total steaks you will recieve in the order. The same goes for roasts (larger = less total roasts).
Depending on your request we may not be able to accomodate. Please try to stay within the guidlines set out in the cutting form.
Beef orders automatically contain approx. 33% trim meat. Please indicate how many lbs. of stew beef and/or premade hamburger patties you would like, the rest will be processed into ground beef. If selecting "Ground" on any primal cut options below, this will increase your overall percentage of ground beef.
