Morocco 2023 Tour Registration

Thank you for your interest in the i-Adventures Morocco tour, “Maintaining Traditions/ Embracing Change,” to take place April 26 to May 8, 2023. We are very excited that you are joining us!
Tour Cost (All prices are listed in USD)

Regular registration price, double occupancy: $6,795

Registration form and 50% deposit must be received before February 1 and full payment received before March 1, 2023.

Late registration price, double occupancy: $7,795

All registrations not submitted and paid in full by the regular registration cut‑offs will be subject to late registration pricing.

Single occupancy surcharge: $995

The registration fee includes:
- All accommodations, double occupancy. Single occupancy accommodations are available for an additional fee.
- All breakfasts, and all group lunches and dinners, including drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- In-country transportation
- Guides, entrance/activity fees, and all gratuities
AIRFARE TO/FROM MOROCCO IS NOT INCLUDED

A down payment of 50% of the total cost is due with your registration to confirm your space. Registrations submitted on or after March 1 must be accompanied by payment in full. For purposes of the cancellation policy, 50% of this full payment will be considered to be your non-refundable deposit.

Important Travel Insurance Information

i-SUSTAIN recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against financial loss due to cancellation or interruption of the trip, medical or personal emergencies or other unforeseen events that may cause you to have to unexpectedly change your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

Your down payment constitutes a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel for any reason all other funds paid to i‑SUSTAIN and not used can be applied to a future i-SUSTAIN or i-ADVENTURES tour for up to 36 months after the starting date of this trip. If you do not participate in an i-SUSTAIN or i-ADVENTURES tour before 36 months are up, all funds may be forfeited at i‑SUSTAIN’s discretion.

If you need to cancel but are able to secure an approved replacement for your space, your payments including the deposit will be refunded in full upon receipt of complete payment from your replacement.

I agree that i-SUSTAIN is not liable for any additional expenses that I may have incurred, such as airfare or accommodations not included as part of the tour.
