The Seymour Shweky Scholarship Fund Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Only students who are NOT currently enrolled in Yeshivat Or Hatorah are eligible to participate in the giveaway. Only students entering the 9th or 10th grade for the 2023/2024 school year are eligible to apply and participate in the giveaway.
Disqualification: Any application that has any missing information, misinformation or misrepresentation will disqualify the applicant and application from the scholarship giveaway.
Timing: The giveaway will run from January 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023. Entries must be received by 11:59:59pm to be eligible.
How to enter: To enter, eligible students must submit a completed application form via the Yeshiva website, along with any required supporting documents, addressed to the scholarship committee by the deadline.
Selection of winners: The winners will be selected by the scholarship committee based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to, academic performance and community involvement.
Notification of winners: The winners will be notified by email or phone. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days of first attempted contact, another winner will be selected in his stead.
Prize: The prize for the giveaway is a redemption of a maximum 4 year full scholarship to be applied toward each winners' tuition at Yeshivat Or Hatorah.
Prize Redemption: In order to redeem the full scholarship prize, the applicant must move forward with the standard student application process and schedule an interview with the school administration. Once the interview process is concluded, the applicant must receive a formal school acceptance letter in order to redeem the full scholarship prize. If the applicant is rejected, the full scholarship prize redemption is null and void.
Restrictions: The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The scholarship applies to school tuition only. Additional yearly school fees such as but not limited to registration fee, building fee, security fee, books fee as well as any other fees not included in the tuition, are due in full payment at the beginning of each of the 4 school years. The scholarship committee reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway or Scholarship at any time.
Privacy: Any personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering the scholarship and will not be shared with any third parties. Scholarship prize winners agree for Yeshivat Or Hatorah to announce their names as the selected winners of the giveaway on any platform.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the scholarship committee.
