Regular Rates: March 1 - April 8th
Late Rates: April 9 - April 23

Onsite lodgings (with roommates) in Cabins and Dorm Lodges
are "first come, first served".
Tents & RVs are welcome.

Karma Yoga
Each attendee does karma yoga (support tasks) chosen at check-in, or by using the google doc which will be sent to you two weeks before camp. There are meal-related and venue-related options for you to pick. This essential service by each attendee keeps fees reasonable and ensures a nourishing experience for all.

For general descriptions, including photos, please visit camparroyogrande.com. Specific cabin or lodge bedroom will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, with effort made to honor roommate requests. We have no single rooms available. All fees are for 3 nights.

Freshly prepare vegetarian meals are offered Thurs dinner through Sun breakfast, with a “leftovers buffet” offered for light lunch Sunday by our returning Chef Sadiq. If you feel you need animal protein you may bring it (precooked) to store, labeled with your name, in guest refrigerator.

Cancellation Policy:
Please direct requests for cancellation/ refund to the Registrar: peacedances@freesiaraine.com. Full refunds are available up until the end of early bird registration (2/28/26). Refunds requested after Feb. 28th but before April 9th will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. For refunds requested after April 8th a fee of $100 will be retained to cover the meals we have ordered for you. Funds will be returned via the method with which you paid. In a special circumstance such as a health or family emergency, please contact us. (No show = no refund)
