Please note this is only a pre-registration form. This will be kept on file for upcoming workshops your child may be interested in. Registration forms and applications will be sent prior to workshop schedule. You will be informed of all fees necessary for your child to attend the workshop. In the case where workshop is FREE, there will be a $25 nonrefundable deposit required to hold a spot for your child. FREE workshop may also require you to purchase your own kit using a list I will provide for you. EDUCATION WILL BE FREE IN THIS CASE! Each child will receive a certificate at the completion of their experience!
