PARENT NOTICE:
- At least ONE Parent/guardian MUST accompany child and REMAIN at the event the ENTIRE TIME of the event.
- THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN BEING DROPPED OFF.
- If two parents/guardians are attending the event they will receive a BONUS TICKET VALUE of $20.
- Please NOTE this event is designed for girls 3-4 years old to promote and install PURE POWER!
- Parent MUST complete the Media release form for their child to participate in Media that may include but not limited to pictures, video, audio, recording, magazine cover, newspaper coverage for promotion, marketing, and/or social media promotion/marketing, promotion and/or community building.
- Parents MUST complete the food allergy and submit and/or any other forms of allergies the child attending may have.
- Parents should NOTE: Sprinkled Strawberry Cupcakes is the signature brand for PurePower, Ava's Creations, LLC and should ASK for ANOTHER sweet to be served if their child is allegric. NOTE THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY of the parent NOT PurePower, Ava's Creations, LLC.
