COLORS is an LGBTS+ social/support club and will NOT be used as form of dating service. If attempted to use in this manner, the consequence is immediate terminations without refund. Personal issues discussed are CONFIDENTIAL and are NOT to be shared outside of of venues. This is considered a "breach of confidentiality" and is cause for immediate termination without refund. If you have concerns regarding another member and/or guest in attendance, you agree to contact one of the Co-Founders to discuss and not share with others your suspicions. Evidence must be used when addressing Co-Founders. If you have a personal issue with someone, you are asked to leave it outside of the Club. Event pages are created and posted to Facebook on the COLORS Facebook page. The club asks that you kindly RSVP when you're planning on attending events. IF required, per post, provide an accurate attendee count as well as your dish-to-pass. This information is shared with other members to help better plan and for an accurate attendee count. Unless stated otherwise, festivals are free for club members only (exception example: bowling) and children within the household. Festivals are open to the public; FEES MAY APPLY. In the event that you are suspended or terminated from the club, you have the right to a fair hearing. If you wish for a "fair hearing," you must contact one of the Co-Founders to request one. A date and time will be determined and and set-up with the Fair Hearing Committee. After the meeting a decision will be made and shared.

COLORS reserves the right to ask individuals to leave venues that appear intoxicated, are acting inappropriately or exhibit belligerent behavior. In the event you are asked to leave, COLORS reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership(s) without reimbursement.
