UPLOAD YOUR LOGO OR PHOTOS

If uploading a logo, you must have permission to use it. We do not create desserts that include copywritten or trademarked images without permission from the owning entity. This includes sport team logos, cartoon characters, TV shows etc. Don't be discouraged, we do however, create "inspired by" sets and will match your colors or theme without the copyrighted images.

I agree that once deposit is made, my order is non-refundable. If an order is canceled, payment will be credited to be used towards a future order. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to pickup date to receive credit. Credited orders must be redeemed within 90 days of cancellation date and are subject to our availability at the time of order.
I agree that the pick up location for my order is in Brandon, FL unless otherwise arranged or discussed with TJ's Cookie Kitchen in advance.
I agree that A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 48 hours after invoice is emailed to confirm my order. The remainder is due 2 days before delivery.
I agree that if I have requested a trademarked or copyright protected logo or image, that I have been given rights by the owned entity to use the image.
I agree that TJ's Cookie Kitchen does NOT bake in a nut or allergen free environment and I will inform my guests as appropriate.
