After you have the UCorp page up, please click on "Submit Order" on this order form. It will send an email to you with your purchase total.

You will not be charged for submitting your order on this page.
Payment will be charged at UCorp's site.

At UCorp:

Click on "Submit Student Org Payment"

You will need the following information for the UCorp payment:

Price : found in your email -- be sure to pay the total with tax (not the subtotal)

Student Org Fund# : U1000
