Upon approval and acceptance, we will email you an invoice to pay and confirm your spot. Vendor setup is from 3pm to 4:45pm. Fair runs from 5 to 10pm. Please note: spaces are non-refundable unless Goddess Elite or Wagner's of Westlake cancels the event.

Vendor will have to provide their own tables & chairs for a 8ft x 10ft space for $40. A limited number of 6ft tables and chairs are available to rent for additional cost if needed. Will you need to possibly rent a table for an additional $10? Answer yes if you need to rent tables/chairs, or no if you will bring your own.*
