Movie Night- Family Social

At ASA Now, we believe some of the best support an adoptive, foster, or kinship care parent can receive is from another parent. We believe that one of the most important things you can do is to have access to ongoing supports for your family.

Description:

ASA Now's Bi-Annual Family Movie Night will take place Saturday March 4th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Pizza, light snacks and refreshments will be served from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Yard games and bounce house will be set up in the back acre of JMCC.

Movie starts at 6:45 pm. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on and enjoy the movie.

This will be an outdoor event so please plan accordingly.

Birthday Celebration:

If you have a foster child(ren) with birthdays in the month of March Click here and ASA Now will be celebrating them with a birthday party at this event. We will be providing them with gifts and a personalized cake. When you fill out the birthday request form, please select FRIDAY, March 3rd as the cake delivery date. A 10 day notice is required for a personalized cake so please submit requests by Tuesday, Feb 21st.

Meal:

We will be serving light refreshments and snacks.

Location and Time:

This event will be held at Jacob's Mission Community Center, 7830 E. University Dr. Mesa, AZ 85207 (Sossaman and University). Event will run from 5:30 to 8:30pm

Cost:

The cost for the Movie event is $10 per family (foster, kinship, child welfare guardianship or foster/adopt) which includes dessert for ALL attendees including all of the children and/or youth in your home (bio kids welcome).. Payment received will go directly to help offset the operation and maintenance cost of Jacob's Mission Community Center.

We have a limited amount of sponsorships available per event for families facing financial hardship. If you would like to be considered for a sponsorship please email us at Hope@asanow.org

Cancellation:

Due to the time and effort that it takes to put these events together, we want you to be aware that there are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS.

Failing to attend or not notifying us will exclude you from attending future Family Social events. We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend, you MUST notify us ahead of scheduled drop-off time and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible by calling 623-428-1592. Be sure to leave a voicemail or text if we don't answer.
