Cancellations:

Immediately contact the Rally Host to cancel.

Please remember you will be responsible for any costs incurred, e.g. PayPal fees, site deposits, site cancellations, etc. that are not waived by the Venue, or if the Rally Host cannot backfill your spot (given reasonable/timely notification).

If this rally is cancelled for any reason by Venue or Club, you will be refunded.

Waitlist

A waitlist will be establised in order of receipt of payment. The Rally Host will 1st fill cancellations (if any), and 2nd ask the Venue to add sites (if possible). If you are on the paid 'waitlist' and are not assigned a site, or cannot attend, you will be refunded.
