  • Before your appointment 

    • Try to avoid trimming brows 6 weeks prior (for lamination)
    • Please exfoliate brows (using a brow/face scrub) 24hrs before appointment to clean and remove dried skin (for any service with tint/dye)
    • if you have dry skin apply moisturiser to your brows the night before your appointment (Cerave/Cetahpil is perfect)
    • avoid chemical exfoliants and ensure you aren't taking any medication that prohibits you from receiving brow services 
    • arrive with a clean & makeup free face, showing up with makeup results in an additional $10 cleaning fee 
    • personal bathroom will be out of use during the appointment so please use the bathroom prior to coming 
    • Please follow the proper aftercare according to each service

  • Cancellations within 1 day (24hrs) of your upcoming appointment will forfeit the booking fee and an additional $30 is required, This is the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made within 2 days (48 hrs) of upcoming appointment. You are not required to pay cancellation fee if you cancel with 2 days however will forfeit the booking fee. Booking fees are non refundable.

     

    Brows can take anywhere between 30 mins - 2 hours depending on the service you are after. Please allocate enough time especially if you are also booking with a lash set. 

    Please follow the correct aftercare for lamination. If you would like to book for a tint/hybrid dye you may be able to after 2-3 weeks of your previous lamination appointment 

    The Brow Process Usually Goes:

    Before Photo - Exfoliate - Shampoo - (Laminate if preforming lamination) - Map - Wax - Dye/Tint - Wax - Pluck/Trim - Apply Oils - Style (Conceal & Brow Soap) - Photos - Aftercare Advice & Complimentary Oil - Rebook if needed every 3 weeks

  • Please note that a patch test is required 24-48 hours before your brow appointment  therefore please book to come in for a patch test prior to making your booking

    If you have had any previous adverse reactions before and are concerned about a possible reaction, please advise us and we can do a patch test to avoid an unwanted reaction.

    If a reaction develops you must let us know and we will advise on a treatment plan whether we can proceed with treatment(s)

    Please do not proceed with the brow treatment if you experience any adverse reactions including itching, stinging, burning bumps, or swelling within 24 hours of your patch test. This is an indication that you may have a sensitivity or allergy. If any reaction occurs it is advised to contact your GP
