Policies:
Deposits
Currently I require a $50 deposit when booking appointments that require more than 3 hours. Deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service. This deposit must be made via Zelle or Venmo. Appointment is not booked until deposit is received. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you cancel your appointment at ANY TIME without rescheduling, your deposit will be kept.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so with no less than 72 hours (3 DAYS) notice in order to have your deposit transferred to a new appointment day.
Rescheduling within 72 hours (3 DAYS) of your scheduled appointment will result in loss of your deposit- meaning you will be required to leave ANOTHER $50 deposit in order to book a new appointment.
No-Show Policy
If you no-show (GIVE NO WARNING OF NOT SHOWING UP PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT) any deposits will be kept, and you will not be rescheduled for any future appointments.
Refund Policy
Refunds are NOT offered on hair services, hair extensions or retail purchases. If you need any ADJUSTMENTS to hair color and/or hair extensions, kindly let me know within 7 days of your visit. I will be happy to make small adjustments if needed. Client will cover the cost of any product needed for adjustment.
