PATRON APPLICATION FORM

By submitting this form, I acknowledge my commitment to becoming a BOLD MINDS PATRON. I understand that I am receiving equity in the business and, therefore, will not receive an invoice. Instead, I will be required to sign a subscription agreement. I confirm that the payment must be made personally (not through my business) and that the one-time fee of £5,000 grants me the benefits outlined at bold-minds.com/patron, along with 10,000 shares in JOURNEYOFANIDEA.COM LTD. I acknowledge that the necessary paperwork will be sent to me via Adobe Echosign from admin@techadventure.uk.com within 48 hours. I agree to both electronically sign the document and transfer the £5,000 fee to the Bold Minds bank account within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork. I understand that my Share Certificate will be issued the day after the payment is received, and, if applicable, my EIS certificate may take up to 8 weeks to be processed by HMRC.
