TRADE & BIKE JUMBLE ENTRY FORM

    Show Date Saturday 17th June 2023 10am to 4pm

    Dear Stall Holder,

The Ayr Classic Motorcycle Club intends that this event remains as one organised by enthusiasts for enthusiasts and we wouldbe delighted to have trade and bike-jumblers take a stand at this year's Show. The Show presents an ideal opportunity for motorcycle enthusiasts, both young and old to browse the bike jumble and spare parts stands for that elusive or much needed replacement part for their project or restoration This year we are again in our hometown of Ayr in the impressive venue at the Princess Royal Function Suite Ayr Racecourse, however, this year we have increased the outside area to trade and bike-jumblers but space for indoor stands is limited. Dueto the high standard of the facilities here and conditions imposed on us by the venue we have to put a number of control measures in place for the running of the show and these are outlined below. We will be arranging extended entry on the Friday evening before the show to facilitate setting up of the stands and will also be arranging assistance, where practical, for the movement of goods both in and out of the stand areas. (Weather conditions should be considered if your stand is in an outside location A substantial catalogue of show exhibits and stand holders is produced for the Show each year and within the catalogue thereis the opportunity for full, half, and quarter page advertising of products, services, or facilities at a reasonable cost. If you wishto make use of this facility. please let us know by contacting showsec@ayrclassicmc.com and we will be pleased to quote you for the service

We hope that you will be able to join us this year and make this show a resounding success. To reserve space please fill in and submit this form
