360 Booth Contract Terms and Conditions

1 A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. Full payment is due no later than the week of the event. Cancellation 60 days or less prior to will result In forfeit of deposit. If we are able to rebook the date with another client, we will refund your deposit.

2 We will make every possible effort to fulfill our contract with the client. However we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather abnormalities, power failure. A refund will only be issued if any equipment malfunction occurs and prevents Soul Hitz Communications LLC from providing 360 Booth services if not fixed in a timely manner.

3 360 Booth contract includes set up time and consultation. We will attend any additional rehearsal upon request and for an additional fee. Soul Hitz Communications LLC is not responsible for any fighting, drinking, smoking, or damages to building caused by any client event participants, if an extreme altercation occurs Soul Hitz Communications LLC can leave at any time and still be paid full price or remalning balance for event. All outdoor events can be canceled by extreme weather conditions in the event this occurs deposit will not be returned. If equipment is destroyed by client or client's guest replacement liability will be client's responsibility. 360 Booth is automatic in which the operator can be from Soul Hitz Communications LLC or by client if Soul Hitz Communications can not run 360 Booth however client will have full detailed tutorial on how to operate 360 Booth. Soul Hitz Communications LLC Is not responsible for any injuries, epilepsy, or seizure that occurs on 360 Booth by client or clients guest. Each person will ride at the on risk.
