The undersigned exhibitor and his her agent (s) and assigns agree hereby to indemnify and hold harmless Prairie Peddler Festival, Inc. its shareholders, officers and employees, and the owner of the underlying real property, from any and all losses, claims, damages, theft, actions, liabilities, expenses or causes of actions whatsoever to the exhibitor and his her agents, assigns, employees and customers arising from the exhibitor's participation in the Prairie Peddler Festival Prairie Poddler Festival, Inc shall not be responsible for any act of commission or omission of the exhibitor and his her agent (s) and employees Exhibitor agrees that this is not to lease but only allows the exhibitor to use the space provided for the duration of the festival Any litigation arising from this contract shall be venued in Erie County.
