Billing and Refund Policy
Billing Procedures: Sessions for all services are automatically billed on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. The amount of agreed on will be automatically withdrawn on the agreed upon days until the client has given a month’s notice to cancel. Payments can be made on a monthly, biweekly or multiple month package basis. If a deposit was given, that deposit will be deducted from the original amount of the first month's payments. Deposits are non-refundable as they are a fee for the initial intake session and the diagnostic plan. If payments are not made on the agreed date the child will lose access to the class until the Client can pay.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for tutoring services purchased from The Innovative Learners, used or unused. If the tutoring services are not delivered as expected, we (The Innovative Learners) will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution. If a customer is dissatisfied with the tutoring services provided, they can contact Gabriell to discuss the issue. However, The Innovative Learners reserves the right to refuse any refund requests. If a Client desires to withdraw from the program, they can with a thirty-day notice. Any payments processed will not be eligible for a refund. However, with a thirty day notice, clients can withdraw at the end of the thirty days. This is to protect the time The Innovative Learner’s teachers use to make plans for each individual student that month.
