HELP OTHERS: For many girls in our community, the dream of Sleepaway Camp can only become a reality with financial Sponsorship. We have set aside several slots for these girls.  If you are in a position to donate to support Sponsorship candidates or Financial Aid recipients, please make a contribution at the end of the registration process.

REQUEST HELP: We offer Financial Aid at a 25% discount. If you have financial hardship and desire Financial Aid, please select that option on the Payment Information screen. All requests for financial aid will be reviewed by our Camp Director for final approval. You may be contacted for supporting documentation to demonstrate your need.

If your daughter cannot attend camp without greater support, that would be our  Sponsorship option, provided with assistance from Carpe Diem Arts' generous donors. Please check the Sponsorship Application box below and complete the Sponsorship Application form. Your daughter will not be registering for camp today but will be considered under our Sponsorship program.

NOTE: Full payment is not required today - installment plans are available and offered in the registration form.

NOTE: Sibling discount, if eligible, will be applied at time of payment.

You have requested Sponsorship, which is financial aid greater than 25% due to financial hardship. We have reserved several slots to help those who need this level of financial support. 

By submitting this form, your daughter's application will be among those considered for a Sponsorship slot. She will not be registered for camp yet. 

A Camp Director will be in contact with you to discuss next steps. If for some reason you are not contacted, please email camps@carpediemarts.org to make the connection and begin next steps. 

Below, you will be requested to provide proof of financial hardship.

Please submit a copy of one of the following to support your need for financial support:

1. A copy of student's MCPS 2021-2022 Free And Reduced Meals (FARMS) approval letter; or
2. A copy of student's Medicaid card (or CHIP program card); or
3. A copy of the parent's housing voucher or housing program documentation.
