Homegrown National Park, Inc. (“HNP”) is a 501(c)3 seeking to encourage individuals to regenerate biodiversity and ecosystem function by planting native plants, removing invasives and creating new ecological networks (“Purpose”). Recipient seeks to be part of HNP’s goal of mobilizing individuals to improve biodiversity in their local area and support the Purpose.

Permitted Usage (the "Permitted Usage"): Use of Friends of Homegrown National Park® Facebook Groups graphic as indicated in Schedule A in connection with creating a Facebook group in support of and aligned with HNP’s Purpose. Recipient may indicate that it is a Friend of Homegrown National Park. Group names must be consistent with the guidelines laid out in Schedule A. All or any other uses of HNP’s name and logos shall require additional approval in writing from HNP.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, HNP hereby grants to recipient a non-exclusive right to use the Permitted Usage in connection with activities related HNP’s Purpose.

This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with regard to its subject matter and can only be changed or terminated by a written agreement signed by both parties.
