Thank You for Choosing N' Sweet Delights Jax to Sweeten Your Special Occasion! Before placing your order, please carefully review the following information.
Enquiries:

Please fill out this form to submit an order enquiry. You will receive a price quote via email within 24-72 hours. Please, keep in mind that administrative days are Tuesday and Wednesday, as the rest of the week is dedicated to fulfilling orders. If you send your enquiry later in the week, it may take a bit longer to receive a response.This form does not guarantee your order. All orders are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once the required deposit is received. As a small business with limited capacity, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Lead Time for Orders

To ensure we can accommodate your order properly, we recommend placing it at least two weeks in advance. This will allow us to plan and prepare your creation with the utmost care.

Pickup

Our pickup days and times are:

Tuesday to Thursday: 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sunday and Monday: Closed

Deliveries

Delivery is subject to availability and requires at least three weeks’ notice. A delivery fee will be calculated based on the location.

Response Time

Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.

Payment and Deposit Policy

To secure your date, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required, subject to availability. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before your event date for delivery orders.

Once a quote is provided and the invoice is sent, payment must be made within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of the invoice.

Cancellation and Change Policies

Please note that once the order is confirmed, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance to avoid additional charges. If you need to make a change, feel free to contact us.
