In exchange for the Publishing and Promotional Services, Contributing Author will pay Cindy Rogers at Raised Bridges LLC, Visionary Author, a sum of $99.00 and will receive a chapter included in the book; promotion; wholesale rate on book copies; promotion on the website and other promotional considerations. The wholesale cost of each copy will be $7.00 (subject to change) and the suggested retail price will be $19.99. Payments must be made to Cindy Rogers. Payment details will be provided once signed contract is received.
