2023 Sleepaway Arts Camp Sponsorship Request Form

Use this form to apply for Sponsorship support to one of Carpe Diem Arts' Sleepaway Camp for Girls on the Eastern Shore. (* = Required field)
We know that for many girls in our community, the dream of Sleepaway Camp can only become a reality with financial Sponsorship. We have set aside several slots to accommodate this need.

We offer Financial Aid at a 25% discount, and if this works for you, please go back to our website and complete a registration form and select the Financial Aid option on the Payment Information screen. All requests for financial aid will be reviewed by our Camp Director for final approval. You may be contacted for supporting documentation to demonstrate your need.

However, if your child cannot attend camp without greater support, that would be our Sponsorship option, provided with assistance from Carpe Diem Arts' generous donors. Please continue to complete the Sponsorship Application form below. Your child will not be registering for camp today but will be considered under our Sponsorship program.
