Job Description :

Parts Engineering Staff

 

Job Description:

Follow up and control part quality, from design discussion until mass production
Monitoring and control supplier QCD performance

 

Requirement:

D4/S1 Mechanical/Material Metallurgical Engineering
Able to read technical drawing (2D and 3D)

Understand mold injection process

Good negotiation skill

Fixed Asset Control Staff

 

Responsibilities:

Handling daily fixed asset transaction

Prepare monthly CIP confirmation and completion to fixed asset to related department

Prepare monthly FA reporting.

 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Accounting.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, in manufacturing will be advantage.

Have experience in controlling fixed asset transactions, both physical asset and bookkeeping

Have experience in budgeting for capital investment, including controlling the actual data, both the asset balance and calculation of depreciation.

Have experience in making fixed asset monthly reports accompanied by good analysis for accounting, tax and customs purpose including knowledge of regulations, applicable laws according to concepts of accounting, tax and customs.

Good analytical thinking, detail oriented, discipline, fast response and good team player.

Fluent in English both oral and written.

Purchase Cost Control Staff

 

Responsibilities:

Handle quotation price from vendor and do verification

Summarize all price in each model and escalation the price issue.

Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges

Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether

Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels

Collecting cost data from suppliers to track material costs

Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses

Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects

Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices

 

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering.

Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
