By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote.

My appointment in salon will be a 30 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. If I am more than 5 minutes late, my consultation will be rescheduled (only 1x) with a $50 fee.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

I understand that you have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 72 hours notice, I may have to pay a $50 cancellation fee and may also be banned from booking future appointments with you, Andrea Harris.
