                TERMS AND CONDITIONS

                • Your booking request may not be processed if you remain uncontactable in the next 14 days.
                • If your child is due for their next vaccination within the next 30 days or less, you are advised to proceed to your preferred healthcare institution to complete that visit. After which, Speedoc will attend to your child for the subsequent vaccination appointments.
                • There will be a $162 fee for any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the vaccination date and time that has been confirmed.
                • By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge that it is pending confirmation and is subjected to the claims window specified by the relevant authorities.
                • A $54.50 surcharge applies for any scheduled Doctor Home Visit from 8pm to 8am.
                • A $65.40 surcharge applies for any scheduled Doctor Home Visit on a Public Holiday.
                • A $32.70 surcharge applies for any scheduled Nurse Home Visit from 8pm to 8am.
                • A $43.60 surcharge applies for any scheduled Nurse Home Visit on a Public Holiday.
                • An island surcharge of $43.60 will apply for any scheduled doctor visits to Sentosa, Jurong Island and Tuas.
                • An island surcharge of $43.60 will apply for any scheduled nurse home visits to Sentosa, Jurong Island and Tuas.
