4-1-23 2nd Annual Easter Family Social
At ASA Now, we believe some of the best support an adoptive, foster, or kinship care parent can receive is from another parent. We believe that one of the most important things you can do is to have access to ongoing supports for your family.

Description:

Easter Family social and egg hunt
This event is for Kinship, Foster & Adoptive parents raising children who have or had child welfare involvement. Aged out youth are also encouraged to attend.
ASA Now's Easter Family social and egg hunt will take place Saturday, April 1st 10:30am to 12:30am in the Jacob's Mission Community Center Back Acre.

Registration includes light snack and refreshments.
This will be an outdoor event so please plan accordingly.

Birthday Celebration:

If you have a foster child(ren) with birthdays in the month of April, Click here and ASA Now will be celebrating them with a birthday party at this event. We will be providing them with gifts and a personalized cake. When you fill out the birthday request form, please select FRIDAY, March 31st as the cake delivery date. A 10 day notice is required for a personalized cake so please submit requests by Tuesday, March 21st.

Meal:

We will be serving light refreshments and snacks.

Easter egg hunt, crafts, and games

Location and Time:

This event will be held at Jacob's Mission Community Center, 7830 E. University Dr. Mesa, AZ 85207 (Sossaman and University). Event will run from 10:30 to 12:30

Cost:

The cost for the Easter event is $10 per family (foster, kinship, child welfare guardianship or foster/adopt) which includes dessert for ALL attendees including all of the children and/or youth in your home (bio kids welcome). There is no separate cost for the April birthday celebration. Payment received will go directly to help offset the operation and maintenance cost of Jacob's Mission Community Center.

Cancellation:

Due to the time and effort that it takes to put these events together, we want you to be aware that there are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS.

Failing to attend or not notifying us will exclude you from attending future Family Social events. We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend, you MUST notify us ahead of scheduled drop-off time and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible by calling 623-428-1592. Be sure to leave a voicemail or text if we don't answer.
