    TREX SW | 2023 - 2024 TOUR CALENDAR
  • This form is LIVE as of May 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon and is being hosted online for ease of submissions!

Before submitting this exhibition booking form, make your exhibition selections by reviewing the 2023/2024 Booking Catalogue here.

The ASA and TREX Southwest will accept booking request forms starting on May 17, 2023 at 12:00 noon and will continue to accept forms until June 1, 2023, or until all exhibition slots are filled.

Exhibitions can be booked for more than one booking period, but please note that the $75.00 booking fee for each period will apply (for example, if booking one exhibition for two periods - you will be invoiced for two booking fees).

Requests will be processed in the order that they are received, and you will receive an email in the coming weeks to confirm your exhibition bookings. Invoices for exhibitions will be sent to each venue in September. Thank you for your interest in the Travelling Exhibition (TREX) Program!

  • Below you will find all the exhibitions that your venue can pick from for the 2023/2024 tour year. Please click the exhibition(s) that your venue would like to host and select the period(s) that you would like to schedule. Once you submit this form, your selection will be saved, and a staff member from TREX SW will email you within a week's time to confirm your exhibition bookings.

NOTE: This exhibition booking form once submitted by each venue will remove booking periods from availability. If a drop down for a specific period does not allow you to select it, that exhibition booking period is no longer available.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK MORE THAN TWO EXHIBITIONS FOR YOUR VENUE. After June 1st, 2023 if there are more exhibition booking slots left, another form will become available and you will have the opportunity to book additional exhibitions at that time. Thank you for your understanding.
