  • Accommodation Option

  • You are invited to stay at the camp with us for the weekend! If you would like to stay onsite with us, there are cabins onsite that we will house you in. The venue has 23 cabins, with most having 8 twin-sized bunk beds each. Each cabin has electricity, and its own private bathroom with shower and toilets. Once we know which guests will be staying onsite, we will assign cabins. We will do our best to make sure everyone is housed with family or friends they know and love. We will make sure no adult will need to sleep on a top bunk.

    Another option for staying onsite is to bring your own tent (BYOT!) and set it up anywhere you'd like on the camp grounds. Tenting guests would be able to use designated bathroom and shower facilities.

    We will be asking a donation of $75 per adult ($25 per child) for those staying onsite for the weekend in a cabin, and $25 per person for those staying in a tent. This includes four catered meals with us at the camp in addition to the accomodation. If you have any questions/requests about any of this, you can contact us at carlincasey2023@gmail.com.
    Note: If you will be staying onsite in a cabin with us but you aren't able to join us until Saturday afternoon, there will be less meals included in your stay so the contribution amount will be reduced to $50/adult and $10/child.

    We also understand if the onsite cabin or tent options do not meet your needs. If you would like to arrange your own offsite accommodations for the weekend, that is no problem at all!
    Note: If you opt for offsite accommodation, we will assume you will only be joining us for the wedding meal on Saturday evening. If you'd like to join us for any of the other meals (Friday Dinner, Saturday Brunch, or Sunday Brunch), let us know by either leaving a note at the end of this form or shooting us an email at carlincasey2023@gmail.com, and we will coordinate a small contribution for those additional meals.

    After you complete and submit this form, you will receive a request for paying this amount via email within 1-2 days. This payment request will go to your email address you provided on the previous page. This request will come from PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay the contribution this way.
