1. You will recieve a receipt after the completion and payment of your application. If fees are not paid at the time or you have outstanding fees, you are not considered eligible to compete in RVA competitions.
2. Failure to apply and make payment gives RVA the right to reject entry to the court until the invoice has been paid in full.
