2023 BFA World Championship - FUTURITY Entry Form

1. Futurity class is open to any horse which is a foal of 2019 or after. To enter in Futurity, horse must never have competed at any BarrelRace (including open shows, registered shows, rodeos, playdays, showdeos, futurities) prior to November 15th, 2022 (Exception–Cannot have completed previously in this BFA WC Futurity).
2. Owners may enter more than one horse. Owner does not have to ride. Rider may be male or female.
3. Horse papers must list the name of the current horse owner, transfers are not accepted. All prize money will be paid to thehorse owner on registration papers at time of show.
4. All barrel races will be held at Lazy E Arena 9600 Lazy E Drive Guthrie Oklahoma 73044. All entries due by September 15th. Late fees apply.
5. Open to all breeds of registered horses. Original papers must be presented at time of check-in.
6. Entries will be inspected by State and/or BFA Official.
7. There will be 2 go-rounds, short-go and average in Futurity. Fifty Fastest times from the 2 go-rounds will go to the finals. Your slowestqualifying time will be dropped. Futurity qualifying rounds will be paid in 2D format. Payoff will be progressive and will be 1 second split.The champions will be determined by your fastest go-round time combined with your Short Go time.
8. No refunds in ANY case. Payments must accompany nomination. Substitutions - $150 by September 20th, 2023MUST BE SAME OWNER!*** There are NO buy outs!!!!! Lessess must be dated before September 1, 2023!
9. Office charge of 20% of total entry fees per horse for advertisement. 80% of entry fees and added money will be distributed.
10. OWNER AND RIDER of each entry must be a 2023 member of BFA.
11. Amateur Riders must qualify for Amateur status as per AQHA rules AND must provide copy of a current AQHA, APHA, or APHC Amateur Card. NO later than OCTOBER 1st, 2023 to be eligible for BFA Amateur Incentive.

By click on the rule agreement and submitting this entry form, I (we) hereby make application to enter the above named horse in the Barrel Futurity of America (BFA) World Chmpionship Barrel Futurity, subject to rules herein. Rules all of which I (we) have read, and agree to the provisions bound by the rules of the Barrel Futurity of America (BFA) from any and all liabilities related to horse(s), person(s), equipment, and/or property(ies). You also agree to hold the show producers harmless, facility, or any affiliated parties from any and all disputes, damages, illnesses, injuries or the like that may arise from your participation in the 2023 BFA event. "NO REFUNDS" (For Any Reason!)
