    We will use the following to insert our habits for the week. At the end of each week, we will check in with each other to see how committed we are. The commitment is "I will [insert behavior] at [insert time you will do this] in [location]. "Example: I will work out for at least 30 minutes at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays before lunch at Pottruck. "
