Extension Appointment Request Form

We love what we do and the health of your hair is most important to us. We offer Invisible bead extensions, Great Lengths, Tinsel and Tape extensions. We are able to reserve an appointment to remove other methods.

Your consultation will take approximately 30 minutes. At this appointment, we will discuss requirements for hair extension care to be sure you are a great candidate. We will also determine the desired length and color of the extensions. We will provide a price estimate based on how much hair is needed for optimal blend with your natural hair.

Because all services are customized, a final quote for the install will be determined at this appointment. Estimates given prior to the consultation are not guaranteed.

At Poised, we provide the best quality European human hair extensions to ensure you are making the best investment. At the time of reserving the appointment, a credit card will be kept on file, a contract agreement will be completed, extension hair must be purchased in full. The cost of the service will be due upon completion of installation. Due to sanitation reasons, all opened hair extensions are final sale.

All hair extensions are custom colored to best match your hair, sometimes before your install date. Most hair varieties are in stock at Poised. Special orders may take 2-5 weeks for hair to arrive.

Hair Extension Consultation

We require a minimum of 48 hours should you need to cancel or change your appointment. Should you cancel, no show or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. Do you accept our booking/cancellation/change of reservation policy?
