POLICY

Disclaimer : I do not have shoes on hand. I just put art on them. Customer will buy shoes and pay to get them customized

NOW ACCEPTING ORDERS FOR 2026 April + , so please book in advance. I advise you to read through the policy thoroughly before continuing to the next page, select the earliest date available (of the current month) to schedule a consultation.

*Not everyone will be selected, if chosen I will send you an invoice for consultation*

Deposits/Payment (USD)

• Payment must be paid in full or 3/4 of payment provided before I can start on any shoe. (other payment plan options can be discussed)You then have 2 weeks to provide the remaining amount unless discussed otherwise. I will not be able to ship off any shoes until the full amount is paid. Please be sure about sending the payment, for if you choose to cancel for any reason all payments are non-refundable. After Consultation on Wednesday/Thursday, you will need to have payment ready that same day or the following Friday unless discussed otherwise.

For all orders are first come first serve unless specific date is scheduled, then it will trump other orders with no specific date scheduled. Once required amount is sent I can mark you down. Unfortunately, No money no booking. Starting price for adults and big kids is $500 for all full themes, $250 for simple .

Little kids start at $250

Infants and toddlers start at $250 for full theme, $125 for simple .

Time Frame
•2-5 weeks once started on shoes. Booking 1-3 months in advance is recommended but can order sooner. Example- need shoes for June you would book April/May Time frame. *But can order at any time*

Consultation Fee

• At the bottom of the screen on the last page you will see a schedule for set times. Once time is selected and form is submitted, I will respond via email with payment for a non refundable $10 consultation fee. If cancelled or rescheduled for another week, you will have to resend an additional $10. During consultation I will call/text via phone and we will discuss form submitted, design/idea, price and time frame of when I will be able to start.
