Cancellation policy

If SLYC cancels a booking, you will be entitled to either

1. A full refund of the money paid or

2. A space on an alternative date, if the course is being rescheduled, subject to both parties agreeing to this.

If you cancel a booking, you will be entitled to either

1. A full refund of the amount paid, if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of the intended start date or

2. 50% refund of the amount paid, if you cancel within 14 days of the intended start date.
