- Preview appointments are for one registrant and one guest. Additional guests will not be admitted due to access restrictions to County buildings.
- Attendees must show Photo ID.
- Appointments are for 1 hour and are on a first-come first serve basis. One appointment per person.
- Face coverings are required for admittance.
- Gloves are required for handling property. Disposable gloves will be provided.
- Social Distancing of 6 feet will be in place.
- Attendees agree to enter the Property at their own risk, and to take reasonable precautions to protect Seller representatives and all parties against exposure to or the possibility of contracting COVID-19 by complying with federal CDC, state and local directives and guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19 emergency.
- Admittance will not be allowed for attendees not following stated requirements.
